About the Association

The Coordination Association of Professional Societies operating in the UAE is an organizational entity established on July 9, 1994, by Ministerial Decree No. 297/1994 issued by His Excellency Saif Ali Al Jarwan, the then Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. The association was founded with the aim of unifying the efforts of professional societies within the country and enhancing their role in serving the Emirati community by coordinating among them and supporting their members both financially and morally. The association serves as a coordinating umbrella that brings together representatives of accredited and active professional societies from various disciplines within the country on its board of directors. This ensures the integration of roles and avoids duplication of efforts. The association operates from its official headquarters in the capital, Abu Dhabi – Rabdan area, where its activities are managed based on an organizational vision aimed at improving professional performance and representing societies at local and international forums.
